WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Current lead times are 5-10 working days plus postage time. Unless otherwise stated.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail.
International postage is via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service, delivery times vary.
All Free delivery offers will be sent out Royal Mail Second Class only
HOW DO I PROVIDE THE DETAILS FOR MY FRAME?
Please add the names / words etc. for your frame in the 'Personalised Text' section at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure all spellings are correct.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY ITEM?
All items should be handled with care to avoid damage and only lightly cleaned with a soft dry cloth. Please do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners.
CAN I REQUEST A BESPOKE ORDER?

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
All of my items are lovingly personalised and handmade to order and therefore non-returnable. In the unlikely event of an item being lost or damaged in transit, please email me at: hello.lana@craftymonkeyshop.co.uk for a full refund or a replacement.
