Hi all just to let my loyal customers know that I will be taking maternity leave from the 4th of June, this unfortunately means that all the frames I make will have a lead time of six weeks. PERSONALISATION TIMESCALES
Some of our gifts take longer to make than others, and so on each product page you'll see an estimated despatch time. This is the time it takes for us to create your personalised gift and then pass it to Royal Mail or a specialist courier.
Each item has an individual despatch time, but they're usually sent out as soon as they are ready. This means that your gifts will often arrive quicker, which is great news because nobody likes waiting!
